Shipping & handling
Serendipity ships worldwide from the UK. After your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm Mon-Thurs. Orders of multiple products may be shipped in more than one package, in which case two tracking numbers will be sent. Cost of shipping is dependant on the weight of the package. UK shipping starts from £1.50 to £20.00 Worldwide shipping starts from £10.50 to £80 We ship internationally using Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Fedex. Please note that shipping estimates do not include customs and taxes charged by your home country. We ship Monday Weds and Friday We normally ship within 48 hours. For UK orders please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. For worldwide orders please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please note, for worldwide shipping, sometimes packages are held up in customs and therefore can take longer to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
My hope is that you are very happy with your shopping experience Serendipity However, if you decide you would like to return or exchange your order than please contact us straight away: Serendipityhoniton@gmail.com We will do our best to help you. Returns and exchanges have to be initiated within 15 days of your purchase date. Postage for your original order will not be eligible for a refund/return, unless the product is faulty or agreed by Serendipity Please consider that the return/exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items purchased from our sale section are final sale and can not be returned for exchange or refund.

I use recyclable packaging and Any bubble wrap / paper I use in my packing is reused, I would ask you to re use and recycle where you can.

Guidelines for patients attending Holistic Homeopathy.
*Remedies are given in sucrose pills and are to be taken under the tongue and left to dissolve.
*I advise that you do not eat or drink 15 minutes, before and after taking a remedy.
*I will advise you of how often and when to take remedies prescribed for you.
*I recommend monthly appointments so that progress can be assessed and make changes to your treatment accordingly.
*Individual vitality, lifestyle, diet and environment, mental and emotional well being, and the length of time between when your complaint started and when you sought treatment will have an impact on the speed of your recovery and well being.
*Homeopathic treatment involves a complex analysis of all the information gathered during your consultation along with the above factors. It is not possible to know everything I need to know at the outset of treatment, so finding the right treatment can also sometimes take a little time.
*If you have any queries or need homeopathic advice between consultations please do contact me, it is my policy to return all calls within 24hours. However if it is an emergency do contact your GP or call 999.
*Homeopathy, Reiki & all our Wellbeing therapies is a non-statutory health care provision, Danielle Welch (Elle) & all Pratitioners are fully insured and practice within a strict code of ethics. Please refer to Individual Practitioners Terms and conditions.
*Many clients come with a list of pharmaceutical drugs they would like to stop taking. It is my policy that you MUST consult your GP before withdrawing any medication, and should never suddenly stop taking medication without ensuring its safe to do so.
*The majority of people using homeopathy enjoy a very positive experience and I hope you find your treatment beneficial. If you are not happy for any reason or wish to discontinue please do let me know.
*All Clients of Serendipity will be charged for missed appointments that have been cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. So please give as much notice possible if you need to change your appointment time.
